TheView 2008
TheView
2008 is the latest version of TheView and the interface has been totally
rewritten adding state-of-the-art GUI components: detachable panes and
toolbars, 100% configurable toolbars, choose from 7 different skins, all
new icons that can be displayed in 3 different sizes, change the toolbar
and navigation bar's font size and the available tools are now displayed
in a customizable ribbon bar (the navigation bar only contains open tool
windows).
There have
been many new features added and all tool windows have been redesigned
to accommodate multiple servers. There are several new tools that will
be available during the first quarter of 2008.
When

TheView is a

provides a graphical interface for frequently used NonStop subsystems
(e.g. Peruse, Edit), improving user productivity. Several software tools
have been added to TheView (e.g. File Compare Tool) making it the only

archive NonStop server spoolfiles.

PeruseWeb 1.7
PeruseWeb 1.7 is a web browser application allowing users to easily view
spoolfiles residing in the NonStop ™
Spooler or spoolfiles that have been archived to a NonStop server disk.
Users logon
using a Guardian UserId. Once logged on, spooled jobs and archived
spoolfiles are displayed in a table format. Users simply select the
desired job and it is retrieved. The retrieved spoolfile can be viewed,
printed to a local or LAN printer (all or only selected lines), saved to
a local PC disk drive, or emailed. Users can optionally delete unwanted
spoolfiles.

PeruseWeb 2.0
PeruseWeb 2.0
is a web browser application allowing users to easily view spoolfiles
residing in the NonStop Spooler or spoolfiles that have been archived to
a NonStop disk.
Users
logon using a "friendly name" like John and not a Guardian UserId! The
spoolfiles displayed are determined by associating Spooler attributes:
Locations, Report Names, Form Names, and/or Guardian UserIds with a
user's Friendly Name.
Available
on K-Series and S-Series servers running D48 and later Guardian
releases.

Report
Formatter
Report
Formatter enables programmers to easily create professional
state-of-the-art reports using different Fonts (Courier, Times Roman,
etc.), font size, text color, and line drawing. The Report Formatter is
a simple to learn and it also removes the need for programmers to learn
the NonStop Spooler interface.
Create new
reports or redesign existing reports to produce a professional report in
less than a day.
The Report
Formatter can be used with any language (non-native or native).
